Regular Certification for Lighting

IP69K

The IP69K rating is a piece of equipment can withstand intensive cleaning with high-pressure, high-temperature jets. It is currently the highest rating on the ingress protection (IP) scale. IP69K means a product is completely dustproof and can withstand washdown at pressures of 80 to 100 bar/1,160 to 1,450 PSI, in phases of 14 to 16 l/min, and at temperatures up to 176°F/80°C.

CE

On commercial products, the letters CE (as the logo  ) mean that the manufacturer or importer affirms the good's conformity with European health, safety, and environmental protection standards.[2]: 58  It is not a quality indicator or a certification mark.[3] The CE marking is required for goods sold in the European Economic Area (EEA), but is also found on products sold elsewhere that have been manufactured to EEA standards.

ROHS

RoHS stands for Restriction of Hazardous Substances, and impacts the entire electronics industry and many electrical products as well. The original RoHS, also known as Directive 2002/95/EC, originated in the European Union in 2002 and restricts the use of six hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products. All applicable products in the EU market since July 1, 2006 must pass RoHS compliance.

DOT

The DOT (or USDOT) is the United States Department of Transportation, a federal cabinet department of the U.S. government concerned with transportation. It was established in 1966 and began operating on April 1, 1967. It is governed by the United States Secretary of Transportation.

ISO 9001 Certification

ISO 9001 – the world’s most recognised Quality Management System Standard. It is a powerful business improvement tool, providing the framework and guidance you need to help you consistently meet your customer’s expectations and regulatory requirements.

ECE

The Economic Commission for Europe (ECE) aims to create a uniform system of regulations relating to vehicle design. Vehicles which are compliant with ECE regulations receive an e-Mark, a mandatory requirement for all automotive components and vehicles sold in the European Economic Area (EEA). By affixing the e-Mark to a product, automotive distributors and manufacturers can trade their products freely within the EEA.

CISPR25

CISPR 25 is an EMC standard for the measurement of radio disturbance characteristics for the protection of receivers used on-board vehicles of the frequency range from 150 kHz to 2 GHz. The vehicles include automobiles and boats powered by internal combustion engines. CISPR 25 also includes devices powered by internal combustion engines, but not necessarily for the transport of people such as compressors, DC generators, garden equipment, etc. This standard sets the limits intended to provide protection for receivers installed in a vehicle from disturbances produced by components/modules in the same vehicle.
